From our experience through countless hours of teaching and offering Energy Healing work, more and more people are dealing with serious health issues. And much of the information available today on how to deal with these issues is often contradictory and confusing which can make it difficult to make the right choices for our own health and healing processes as well as for those closest to us in our lives.
With the help of the Bone Spirits we will explore ways of becoming and staying healthy and happy into old age.
It is difficult, if not impossible to maintain good health without happiness and it can be equally difficult maintaining happiness while we are suffering from an illness or disability.
Those two things are tightly connected and with the help of the Spirit Council we will explore each aspect on it’s own as well as the nature and importance of their connection.

The Throwing of the Bones is the most ancient form of divination or “Talking with the Spirits Ceremony” in the world today. Spirits have a perspective outside of time and space, which allows them to see the big picture and not get caught up in our 3D, everyday struggles and distortions. We will go through all questions that have been sent and the area of healing that we received the most questions about will be the central theme for the next upcoming Online Bone Throwing event. We will formulate a question that represents that healing theme and present that question to the Bone Spirits.

After suffering with severe atrial fibrillation for eight years, and working unsuccessfully with more than a dozen allopathic doctors and alternative medicine practitioners, I found Kay.
When we made our initial contact, I was close to being an invalid and going rapidly downhill. Kay gave me an assessment of my condition that no one else had been able to. Over the last two and a half year period, Kay has worked diligently with me offering continual physical and spiritual support.

For a number of years, I suffered from gout in my big
toe.
Every winter it would act up and I would spend
several months of agonizing pain with every step.
After just one distance healing session with Kay, the
pain completely went away.
I have been following
Kay's nutritional recommendations, and the toe pain
has not come back.

My son Heath was diagnosed with hodgekins lymphomia, since he was young and depressed, he was unwilling to work with the doctors in any way, refusing treatments of all kinds for a time.
After it had advanced to stage 3, and getting very painful, he "agreed" to treatments.
As we were doing his weekly chemo treatments, we would have an appointment with Kay a day or so before, and she would let us know how his blood work and body chemistry was holding up. When we went to the allopathic doctors they would check the blood, and come up with the same info that Kay had given us.
Since he was having both treatments at the same time, I feel that the chemo did not effect him as adversely as I have seen it in others. He seemed to get through the chemo treatments with less negative side effects, thanks to Kay's help to balance him out. It was nice to work with both methods of treatments at the same time, it helped me to understand the whole process more fully.
Heath is now cancer free for 4 years. He is managing a restraint in Hollywood, and touring with his heavy metal band. He is living his life to it's fullest thanks to Kay. Heath still gets check ups, and has really come to trust the process, and what she has to tell him. Of course, he is still not as cooperative as either of us would like him to be, but I do feel that Kay was instrumental in his healing process, and continues to be!

I began private healing sessions with Kay three and a half years ago. At the time, I had spent six months in a state of such low energy and illness that I could barely live my life off the couch. My thyroid and iron had both been low, but with medication both of those showed up as normal in my blood work. I, however, felt as far from normal as I had ever been. The last “specialist” doctor I saw labeled me with chronic fatigue syndrome. In other words, no one could tell me what was wrong because nothing unusual was showing up in blood tests and body scans.
From my first session with Kay, I received answers to my questions and prayers. She saw what the issues were all the way down to the cellular and molecular levels. At the end of the first session, I had a plethora of information on body systems, organs, and nutritional deficiencies. I also had in hand a much needed list of what I needed to do to get well. With Kay’s guidance, I began to undertake a challenging series of dietary changes that rapidly progressed into an entire life-changing experience.
Inspired by Kay and her work and also by my own improving health, I entered into a four-year course of study with her. Through this, I have learned more about myself, my abilities, and this amazing world than I ever thought possible. My world has expanded beyond measure and I am so grateful for all of the gifts Kay has presented to me.

At the age of seventeen, I was diagnosed with uveitis, a chronic auto-immune disorder which causes white blood cells to attack the eyes. The cause of uveitis is unknown and like all auto-immune conditions, there is no cure. After ten years of enduring daily dosages of prednizone, methotrexate, azathioprine, cyclosproine, steroid injections in the eyes, and a great loss of vision from developed cataracts and glaucoma in both eyes, I no longer wished for a cure. I merely wanted a way to heal from the long-term impacts my disease had inflicted upon my body, life, and spirit.
After my first hour-long healing session with Kay, she was able to answer long-standing and looming questions I'd had regarding my obscure disease. She explained that some chemicals I dropped into my eye before the on-set of my disease had severely traumatized that eye's tissue and distorted the cells in the area. Thus, Kay's work focused on removing the "shock" that was stored in the eye tissue ten years ago, as well as removing the debris built-up from improper functioning of the immune system. Through energy work, Kay then reinstated a new and correct DNA pattern to replace the malfunctioning pattern my cells were continually replicating as a result of the accident.
Three healing sessions later, I went to see my doctor. We were both amazed at what we saw. My uveitis was almost non-existent! Kay and I have been working together since then, and my disease remains relatively inactive.

One Easter weekend I fell gravely ill and my condition deteriorated quickly after experiencing my initial symptoms.
I went to several doctors and hospitals until my last visit to the main hospital in Vienna where I was again told that they do not know what is the cause of my illness and that they were unable to help.
I loved sports and was up until the day I fell ill very active. By the time I was sent home from the hospital I was so weak I was unable to move without the help of others.
When I started to work with Kay my spirits were very low and I have pretty much given up hope.
Within a week of working with her and following her suggestions I felt some of my strength coming back.
After several weeks I felt well enough to take up some of my sport activities again and recently, a few years after I thought I am not going to live I have been working in our woods to make several large loads of firewood to clean the forest on our farm so we'll be able to replant new trees.
Everyone that knew about my illness years back is absolutely amazed that I have recovered and am able to do such hard work without any sign of any weakness.
I know I wouldn't be alive today if it weren't for Kay's help.
